Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of modern digital workplace tools, including M365 and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience developing online and on-demand resources such as self-guided videos, FAQs and SharePoint-based resources.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with different audiences.
• The ability to collaborate with technical specialists, project teams, change practitioners, business representatives and external providers.
