Job summary

The University of Waikato is hiring a Digital Capability Enablement Specialist to help staff and users confidently adopt core university digital tools. You will develop a structured capability programme, create accessible online resources, and coordinate communications across IT Services and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital training, education or capability uplift.
• Understanding of change management and technology adoption.
• Experience developing online resources such as self-guided videos, FAQs and SharePoint-based resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate a structured Digital Capability Enablement programme.
• Create accessible, user-focused digital resources and guides.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications across IT Services and other groups.
• Establish standards and reusable resources for digital training.
