Job summary

BDO in New Zealand is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our National Information Technology team in Auckland. You’ll design and deliver engaging learning experiences that improve user adoption, confidence and productivity across the network.

You’ll partner with business and technology teams to identify capability gaps, create end-to-end learning content and deliver training in person, virtually and via self-service. A practical, user-centred trainer style is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering technology training and onboarding.
• Ability to turn technical concepts into clear business language.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and collaboration tools.
• Experience with organizational change and digital adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver accessible learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and self-service formats.
• Identify capability gaps and develop training plans.
• Create user guides and learning resources.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive content improvements.
