Applicants should have a Class 1 Licence with WTR endorsement, proven excavator experience, strong finishing skills, and a safety-focused, team-first attitude. Physical fitness is essential.

This is a long-term assignment offering steady work for a skilled operator who takes pride in their work, values safety, and is happy to get stuck into labouring duties when required.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating excavators on a civil construction project
• Completing final trim and finishing work to a high standard
• Assisting with general labouring duties as required
• Supporting the site team to ensure projects are completed efficiently
• Following all health and safety procedures on site
• Maintaining equipment and reporting any issues
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and crew members

What You Need:

• Class 1 Full Driver Licence with WTR endorsement
• Proven excavator operating experience in a civil construction environment
• Strong final trim and finishing skills
