NZ Ski Limited at The Remarkables in Queenstown is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to maintain our diverse fleet and support winter operations. This full-time, permanent role offers a varied environment beyond the workshop as you contribute to snow clearing, chairlift maintenance, and base development.

You will be NZ qualified or equivalent with knowledge of diesel and hydraulic repairs; a Class 2 license would be an advantage. The roster is four days on, three days off, and uniforms are provided.

Qualifikationen

• NZ qualified or equivalent with diesel and hydraulic repair knowledge.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Class 2 license would be an advantage.

• Maintain the fleet at The Remarkables, including Pisten Bully Groomers, Telehandlers, Trucks, Utes, Side by Sides and Skidoos.
• Assist with snow clearing in winter, chairlift maintenance, and base building maintenance.

We’re looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our team at The Remarkables in Queenstown. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a varied working environment where you’ll have the opportunity to work beyond the traditional workshop setting.

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Head of Department, the primary role will be the maintenance of our fleet at The Remarkables. Our fleet consists of Pisten Bully Groomers, Telehandlers, Trucks, Utes, Side by Sides and Skidoos. Also, you will have the freedom to get involved in snow clearing in winter, chairlift maintenance, land projects, and general base building maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Heavy Industrial preferable
• You will need to be NZ qualified or equivalent and have knowledge of diesel and hydraulic mechanical repairs
