Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is seeking a qualified professional to manage asset and maintenance projects across Wellington. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to keep homes compliant and well maintained, delivering value for communities and customers.
The role combines asset management, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and analytical oversight to ensure assets perform financially and physically to agreed standards.

Reporting to the Manager – Regional Assets, you'll play a key role in managing a portfolio of asset and maintenance projects across the Wellington region. As part of the wider Asset & Maintenance team, you'll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our homes are well maintained, compliant, and continue to meet the needs of our customers and communities.
This is a varied role that combines asset management, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving. You'll use your strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills to ensure the physical and financial performance of our assets meets agreed targets and standards, helping to protect and enhance the value of our housing portfolio.
