Westpac New Zealand Ltd is seeking a proactive Desktop Automation Engineer to enhance workplace technology services, combining hands-on desktop engineering with end-user support. The role covers Microsoft 365, AI enablement, automation, analytics, and knowledge management to improve employee experience and streamline support processes.
You will design and implement AI-assisted support experiences, automate workflows with Power Automate, and create insightful dashboards and reports.
We are looking for a motivated Desktop Automation Engineer specialist to help deliver, support, and continuously improve the workplace technology services that enable our people to work efficiently, securely, and confidently. This role brings together hands‑on desktop Engineer and end‑user support with modern capabilities across Microsoft 365, AI enablement, automation, analytics, reporting, and knowledge management. You will play a key part in improving employee experience, simplifying support processes, and helping teams adopt smarter ways of working.
