We're looking for a senior Technical Delivery Lead to guide the work of our Contact Centre Technology squad, supporting critical platforms that help keep customer and colleague channels reliable, secure and continuously improving.
This role blends service ownership, delivery leadership and hands‑on technical direction across contact centre technology, Microsoft Dynamics 365, platform integration, operational resilience and engineering excellence.
You’ll be responsible for managing squad priorities, roadmap, backlog, compliance activities and day‑to‑day delivery across both run and change.
Working closely with business stakeholders, engineers, vendors and Technology leaders, you’ll make sure our contact centre services are stable, well governed, risk aware and aligned to customer and business outcomes.
