Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Deskside Engineer to keep digital workspaces running smoothly and support healthcare teams with technology across Aotearoa New Zealand.

You will deploy, configure, and maintain IT services, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with senior engineers and wider support teams. A current full or restricted driver licence is required due to site travel; on-call after hours support is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying, configuring, maintaining and supporting IT services in a technical environment.
• Willingness to travel between sites and provide on-site support.
• On-call availability for after-hours issues as part of an on-call pool.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow technical skills.
