Job summary

KPMG New Zealand is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the Brand Team in delivering design services and enabling access to research resources. You will coordinate requests, manage workflows, and maintain up‑to‑date project information while liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Working closely with the Design Team Lead, you will ensure on‑brand, timely delivery and contribute to improvements of processes, including exploring AI and digital tools to enhance stakeholder

Qualifications

• Around 3 years’ experience in an administration or coordination role.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and deadline management.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and workflow tools.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming design requests and respond promptly.
• Coordinate daily design work flow based on priorities and deadlines.
• Keep project info, deadlines and status updates current in Monday.com.
• Support the Design Team Lead to monitor workload and move projects forward.
• Schedule briefings and meetings; liaise with external providers as needed.
• Organise design folders and resources; assist with research tools access.
• Assist the Brand Team with admin and brand content tasks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency with AI/digital tools.
