First Focus in New Zealand is seeking a Brand Designer to translate ideas into clear, on-brand visual communication across campaigns, presentations, reports and digital content.

You’ll collaborate with the Marketing team, work with internal stakeholders, and refine PowerPoint and Word templates, balancing AI-assisted exploration with craft.

This hybrid role offers a supportive team, exposure to a broad range of brand projects, and the opportunity to shape how First Focus presents itself across NZ.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating branding, typography, layout and visual communication.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills and ability to produce polished assets.
• Experience designing for a B2B audience and refining brand templates.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into clear, on-brand visual communication across marketing assets.
