Design and Visual Communication (DVC) and Food Technology Teacher

We are seeking a passionate technology teacher with primary expertise in design and visual communication (DVC) to lead and deliver our senior DVC programme, while also supporting our growing food technology courses. Set within a progressive and well-resourced department, this role is ideal for a creative educator who can leverage technological practice, visual communication, and design processes to enrich student learning across both disciplines.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience teaching senior DVC students, alongside the ability or willingness to support Food Technology classes using our outstanding specialised facilities and equipment. Experience with NCEA assessment is highly welcomed. You will be driven by the desire to ensure every student can find personal and academic success in ways that grow their dignity, purpose, and options.

Additional remunerated responsibilities may be available and negotiated depending on your experience and suitability. This position is also suitable for beginning teachers.
