• Lead the day-to-day management for Year 7–13 to ensure smooth operations and strong student outcomes.

• Foster open, honest communication with staff, students and families, and build positive relationships with whanau and the wider community.
• Demonstrate a commitment to restorative and culturally responsive practices within the school environment.
