Job summary

Knighton Normal School in Waikato is seeking an experienced Deputy Principal to lead teaching and learning across our primary and intermediate programme (Years 1–8). The successful candidate will partner with staff to drive professional learning and support ongoing change.

They will prioritise literacy and assessment excellence, build strong relationships with students, whānau, and the community, and continue Knighton’s commitment to inclusive education and partnerships with Initial Teacher

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience and strengths in literacy and assessment are essential, along with a commitment to developing the practice of others.
