• Fully registered, experienced educational leader with a Teacher of the Deaf qualification.
• Recent teaching and leadership experience in Deaf/Hard of Hearing or Special Education settings.
• Strong understanding of the New Zealand education sector; proficient in NZSL or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and learning for enrolled students with a focus on NCEA outcomes.
• Develop, monitor and implement NCEA assessments, including examinations.
• Collaborate with teaching teams to strengthen qualification pathways and ensure NZQA compliance.
