Job summary

TCR Group in Auckland is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in our Auckland Workshop. You will manage daily workflow, oversee parts stock control, and support SAP/FSM related administration to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a hands-on, can-do attitude. A relevant LV/HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic trade qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

  • People-oriented team player with good communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
  • Leadership experience or natural ability to take leadership responsibility.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trade qualification LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians including daily meetings, task allocation and planning the workflow for the operation.
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate and organized parts store, including stock control and record-keeping.
  • Support technicians, monitor job progress and complete administrative tasks in SAP/FSM.

The Opportunity

As a supervisor, you'll lead a team of technicians, manage daily workflow and maintain an accurate parts store, using your trade background and people skills to keep operations running smoothly.
