Sephora USA, Inc. in Auckland is seeking a Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) to provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of store operations and collaborate with the Supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to deliver an unbeatable client experience.

You will help achieve store KPI targets, lead by example, and think creatively to drive sales and customer engagement. The role offers growth opportunities within a leading global beauty retailer.

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
