Job summary

Presbyterian Support Southland invites a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dementia care team in Iona, Peacehaven Village. You will deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care for residents with D3‑D6 level needs and collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Registered Nurse APC with an interest in aged/dementia care.
• Sound clinical assessment, care planning, documentation and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with residents, whānau and the care team.
• Commitment to person‑centred care, dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person‑centred care to residents with dementia and complex needs.
• Lead, support, and delegate to Enrolled Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to quality improvement and ongoing development of our services.
