Job summary

Powerco is seeking a Projects Delivery Lead to guide a team of project management professionals across data, digital and technology initiatives. You will ensure capable delivery frameworks, partner with PMO and IT operations, and tailor tools for various delivery contexts.

The role emphasises people leadership, change management and cross-functional collaboration to enable reliable outcomes across a large NZ organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Leadership focus with capability-building at individual and practice levels.
• Project delivery experience in digital, IT or business transformation contexts.
• Ability to tailor delivery frameworks, playbooks and toolkits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project management professionals.
• Strengthen delivery capability and ensure reliable delivery of outcomes.
• Partner with PMO, Digital Design & Delivery, IT Operations and suppliers.
• Establish and improve project delivery frameworks and change management.
