Job summary

Noel Leeming is seeking Delivery & Installation team members in Hamilton to deliver and install whiteware in customers' homes, providing a high-quality service and guidance during the process.

You will be trained, mentored, and will work Tue–Sat in a 40-hour week; expect varied days and a direct impact on the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding role requiring good strength and stamina.
• Requires a full, clean NZ driver's licence.
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods and be on the move.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install whiteware products in customers' homes.
• Unpack and position products for installation.
• Dispose of old appliances and packaging as needed.

Job Description

Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers!

The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.

As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!

This is a permanent, full-time position with hours of work from:

Tuesday - Saturday 40 hours a week.

Qualifications

This is a physically demanding role requires someone with a good degree of strength, that can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You’re someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you.
