Job summary

Integrity Recruitment in Wellington is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver and Load Coordinator to join a busy, safety-focused team. You will load, secure and deliver aluminium windows and doors, while guiding colleagues to ensure efficient, damage-free shipments.

This hands-on role offers ownership of your workload with autonomy to plan configurations, maintain delivery logs, and operate Class 1 vehicles. You should be comfortable with heavy lifting and uphold high safety standards for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience loading trucks, trailers, vans or similar vehicles.
• Class 1 driver licence required; Class 2 and forklift advantageous.
• Ability to handle very heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and record-keeping.
• Safety-focused, reliable and team-oriented.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products onto trucks, trailers, vans and utes.
• Handle very heavy items (25–200kg), individually or with a team.
• Coordinate and guide team members during loadouts for efficiency and safety.
• Plan load configurations to maximise space and minimise damage risk.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely (Class 1 required; Class 2 and forklift advantageous).
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and load documentation.
