Job summary

New Zealand Couriers is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Decon (BOI) associate for the Bay of Islands/Whangarei area. You will perform general warehousing, freight sorting and cargo loading/unloading in a fast-paced environment.

Working Monday to Friday, 2.30am–8am, at the Bay of Islands Branch, you should be physically fit, dependable and able to work well in teams and autonomously.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and reliable candidate for warehouse tasks.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Strong focus on Health and Safety throughout shifts.
• Good knowledge of local and regional NZ geography.

Responsibilities

The Role

The role will involve general warehousing and freight sorting duties, where you will ensure that the loading and unloading of cargo is completed safely and efficiently. You will be a physically fit individual with capability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Forklift licence is an advantage but not necessary.

It is imperative you are a motivated, reliable, punctual, and fit individual, who thrives working within teams and autonomously. With a sense of humour, strong work ethic and ability to prosper in fast-paced environments.

Hours for this role isMonday to Friday 2.30am - 8am at ourBay Of Islands Branch.
