Job summary

Danone ANZ is seeking a Data Service Delivery Manager in Auckland. You will own reliability and performance of data services from delta lakehouse to reporting, ensuring governance and timely incident resolution. This is a high-impact role within IT, Data & Digital.

You will lead incident and problem management, strengthen service governance, and work with vendors, data owners and stewards to scale our data service operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data/Analytics or related field.
• Proven experience in Service Delivery or Incident Management.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM practices with tools like ServiceNow and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own data service performance, SLAs and dashboards (Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Lead end-to-end data incident management to restore service quickly.
• Drive problem management to fix root causes and reduce incidents.
