Job summary

Fonterra is seeking a Data Products Manager to lead and define the Farm Source data strategy, shaping how data drives outcomes for farmers, our people and the co-operative. You’ll oversee data products roadmap and governance, ensuring timely decision-making and AI-enabled solutions.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team across Analytics, Data Engineering, and Master Data, partnering with business leaders and enterprise partners to translate strategy into prioritized data products and invest

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience across data management, reporting & analytics, data engineering, or product management within large organisations.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy and user needs into prioritised data products, roadmaps, and managed portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define the Farm Source data strategy, data products roadmap and priorities for a large data environment.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Stewardship and Master Data.
• Collaborate with business leaders, digital product teams and enterprise partners to identify opportunities and justify investments.
• Build trusted, well-governed and reusable data capabilities to support today and AI opportunities across Farm Source.
