Kāinga Ora is seeking an experienced Manager - Data Engineering to lead the delivery and evolution of its enterprise data engineering capability. You will oversee data platforms, pipelines and analytics environments, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness to support business outcomes across the organisation.

• Experience ensuring data platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant with governance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, operation and evolution of Kāinga Ora's enterprise data engineering capability.
• Oversee data platforms, pipelines and analytics environments for reliability, security and performance.
• Collaborate with Technology Operations, Architecture & Security, Data, Integration and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective data solutions to enable timely insights.
