Job summary

Giltrap Group is seeking a Data & Platform Analyst to manage and improve customer data, reporting, and data processes that drive business decisions and enhance customer experience. The role sits within the marketing team, focusing on data systems and platform improvements rather than marketing execution.

You will work with Salesforce, retailer networks, and internal stakeholders to提升 data quality, deliver insightful reports, and lead platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data analysis, systems, business analysis or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of data quality, reporting and process improvement.
• Experience analysing data and producing meaningful reports or insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve customer data quality across Salesforce and CRM platforms.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and insights that support business decision-making.
• Analyse customer, retailer and operational data using Salesforce, Excel and reporting tools.
• Lead and support data and platform improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and data capture standards.
• Work closely with retailers and internal stakeholders to drive data accuracy.
• Support system enhancements, testing, implementation and ongoing optimisation.
• Act as the go-to person for customer data and platform-related queries.
