Here's what you'll do… This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing across all mail product lines, protecting revenue through proactive data validation and operational process controls. You will enhance billing and reporting efficiencies using advanced Excel skills, Power BI, and other internal systems. In addition to billing, you will support compliance audits, manage inventory tracking, and deliver training to operational staff on billing systems and processes, while identifying and addressing skill gaps. You will also play a key part in recruitment coordination, ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring process.
