Job summary

Corpshore AI in Auckland seeks a quality leader to oversee AI data projects for NZ and Australian clients. You will own the quality rubrics used across projects, ensure consistent labelling by coordinating with offshore teams in Manila, and deliver honest status updates to clients when schedules slip or quality metrics drift.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in BPO, AI data operations, or a comparable quality management function.
• Direct people leadership of a small team.
• Experience coordinating work with an offshore team, clear documentation and deliberate handover discipline.
• Comfort delivering honest status updates to clients without sugar-coating.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality rubrics used across assigned AI data projects and refine them for consistency.
• Run reviewer calibration sessions to ensure offshore scoring aligns with rubrics.
• Coordinate handovers between Auckland and offshore teams across time zones.
• Lead onshore team day-to-day workload, coaching and development.
• Report project status to clients and escalate systemic quality issues to leadership.
