Job summary

ASB Bank is seeking a Product Owner to lead outcomes for its Data & Analytics platform services. You will own the roadmaps, balance priorities, and ensure trusted, secure analytics support for AI and customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with platform leads and business stakeholders to translate strategy into prioritised, measurable delivery, while embedding a strong product culture and governance across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product ownership or product management within a data, analytics, or digital environment.
• Track record of delivering service modernisation outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, data products, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Experience in regulated environments, balancing risk, governance, and security with delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcomes for ASB’s Data & Analytics platform services and manage the roadmap.
• Lead the squad to modernise platform services and manage backlogs, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure governance, change management, and service health while delivering measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with platform leads and stakeholders to align with CDAO objectives.
