Job summary

Xero is seeking a Data Analyst to empower our Customer Experience and Payment Operations teams across NZ, the US and the UK. You’ll turn raw data into decisions that matter, shaping reviews, headcount planning and performance discussions.

You’ll build foundational analytics for Payment Operations and partner with senior leaders to inform SLAs, resource allocation, and strategic investments. This role demands precision and the ability to present data-driven insights to the C-suite.

• Sharp analytical skills across multiple departments.
• Comfort with reporting tools Tableau and Zendesk Explore.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and the C-suite.
• Ability to guide data-driven recommendations.
