Job summary

ERAD is a global fleet management technology company seeking a Data & AI Consultant to blend hands-on data engineering with internal consulting, coaching business users while building the tools they rely on.

You will own Power BI standards, build DBT pipelines, and create AI agents to support automation and analytics, while evangelizing self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or another leading BI tool with capacity to become internal SME
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern cloud data platforms
• Experience with Snowflake and data warehousing concepts or another cloud data warehouse alongside dbt
• Experience building and maintaining dbt models and transformation pipelines
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
• Experience coaching users on analytics tools and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

As the business continues to invest in AI and analytics capability, we're hiring a Data & AI Consultant to help drive that work forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role blends hands-on data engineering with internal consulting, coaching business users while building the tools they rely on.

• Own Power BI standards and governance across the business, shaping how reports, dashboards and semantic models are built
• Build and maintain dbt transformation pipelines that keep data reliable and ready for use
• Build AI agents on Snowflake Cortex and CoWork to support new automation and analytics use cases
• Act as an internal evangelist for self-service analytics, coaching business users on tools and best practice
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate their needs into practical data and AI solutions

WHAT YOU NEED

You'll bring a mix of analytics, data engineering and consulting skills, with room to grow into the AI side of the role.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards and semantic models in Power BI, or experience with another leading BI tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau) with the aptitude to become the internal Power BI SME
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern cloud data platforms
• Experience with Snowflake and data warehousing concepts, or another modern cloud data warehouse (e.g. BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse) alongside strong data warehousing and dbt experience
• Experience building and maintaining dbt models and transformation pipelines
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
• Experience coaching users on analytics tools and best practice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
