Job summary

Vitaco Health in Auckland is seeking a Machine Operator for our Dairy Powder Plant – Day Shift. You’ll operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment to produce powders safely, efficiently and to high quality standards, in a structured, hygiene‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dairy or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong awareness of GMP, hygiene and safety requirements.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow set processes.
• Physically fit and able to lift 25kg regularly.
• Reliability and flexibility to work rostered shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor powder processing or packing machinery.
• Complete quality checks and accurately recording production data.
• Handle raw materials and finished powders in line with GMP and hygiene standards.
• Follow SOPs and safety requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to prevent contamination risks.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily production targets.
