Job summary

Auckland Council's Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre is seeking a Team Leader Customer Support to guide the front-of-house team and shape daily guest experiences through high service standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role at Lloyd Elsmore Park, working 40 hours across seven days with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and building team capability.
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience managing customer concerns in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to set clear expectations and lift consistency, accountability, and service standards.
• Sound operational judgment and the ability to respond calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of the Customer Support team.
