Job summary

Auckland Council is seeking a Team Leader Customer Support to lead the front-of-house team at Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre. This is a people-leadership role focused on delivering a welcoming, high-quality customer experience.

You will manage performance, training, and rostering, and work with the Centre Manager to coordinate operations across a seven-day schedule. The role requires flexible shifts and a commitment to service excellence.

• Exceptional customer service skills with experience in high-volume, public-facing environments.
• Ability to set clear expectations and raise service standards across a front-of-house function.
• Strong operational judgement and calm decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
