Job summary

Cut Fold NZ is seeking a motivated Customer Service Coordinator / Estimator in Te Awamutu. You will join a growing, family-owned team and support sales, administration and production with quotes, CAD drawings and QA documentation.

Cut Fold NZ is looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator / Estimator to join our growing team.

ABOUT US

Cut Fold NZ is a fast-growing, family-owned and operated business based in Te Awamutu, working alongside our sister company, Edwards Engineering Services.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fast-paced, varied role that plays an important part in keeping our customers happy and our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Working closely with our sales, administration and production teams, your responsibilities will include:

Managing customer enquiries and job requirements

Preparing accurate quotes and estimates

Measuring and drawing custom parts using CAD software

Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls

Preparing and providing quality assurance documentation

Supporting general sales and administration activities

Coordinating priorities and ensuring customer requirements are followed through

ABOUT YOU
