Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand is hiring a customer service professional to support trade customers at our Mosgiel location. You will assist customers in selecting the right parts and processing orders, both in person and over the phone.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday (8 am–5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings, offering opportunities to upsell and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or trade environment.
• Ability to use basic computer skills including Excel.
• Interest in cars or parts and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve trade customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Help customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions.
• Pick, pack and process customer orders accurately.

We're on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team - someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
