Job summary

Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS NZ) is a trusted not-for-profit provider of home and community services across Aotearoa New Zealand. We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Operations team, helping us deliver exceptional support to clients and whānau.

You will coordinate a large patient appointment schedule and provide outstanding, empathetic service while supporting both office-based and community operations. This role is based at our Penrose office in Auckland.

About the Role

As a key member of our Operations team, you will:

• Coordinate and manage over 11,000 client appointments weekly.
• Provide outstanding service to clients and their whānau with empathy and professionalism.
• Support both office-based and community operations with efficiency and care.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and initiative are highly valued.
• Be based at our Penrose office, contributing to a collaborative and purpose-driven team.

Available Shifts

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
