Job summary

SNAP Rentals in Christchurch seeks customer service staff for full-time, part-time, or casual roles during peak season. You will serve customers at pickup and drop-off, ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and drive our shuttle if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Serve customers both when they pick up and drop off their vehicle, ensuring compliance with Snap processes and procedures throughout
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactory outcome
• Proactively solving customers problems, finding solutions or escalating to Team Leader / Branch Manager
• Identify and convert up-selling opportunities at the counter
• To ensure every vehicle provided to customers meets our safety and cleanliness standards
• Ensure Vehicle check sheets are completed for every vehicle
• Working efficiently to complete work to required timeframes
• Follow all procedures, guidelines and policies
• If required, drive our courtesy shuttle van to pick up and drop off our customers to and from the airport
• Grooming vehicles to a high and professional level when required
• Driving vehicles between our branch and any other required location deemed necessary (e.g. services, panel beaters, storage etc)
• Keep the grooming bay and depot area clean and tidy
