UniLodge Living Group is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator to support front desk reception, property management tasks, and leasing for UniLodge Wellesley Apartments and UniLodge Student Living Auckland. Based in Auckland, the position combines customer service with admin and property operations, with a Monday–Friday rotating roster for 30 hours per week.

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator to assist with customer service, property management tasks, administration and assisting with the leasing of our student apartments at UniLodge Wellesley Apartments and UniLodge Student Living Auckland. While this position will be based at UniLodge Wellesley Apartments, the Customer Service Coordinator position will assist with both sites as mentioned above and will be required to travel between both sites as and when required.
This role is a unique mix of front office reception, property management, and customer service and will give you a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supported learning environment.
