Job summary

Cultivate Recruitment in Auckland is seeking a provisioning coordinator for an 18-month fixed-term role in a leading telecommunications infrastructure company. You will coordinate service requests from order through to completion and work across provisioning streams with retail service providers and internal teams.

The role supports working from home two days per week after training and requires a solid background in customer-facing telecom and hands-on ISP/RSP experience.

Qualifications

• Solid background in a customer-facing telecommunications role.
• Hands-on experience within an ISP or RSP environment.
• Confidence using provisioning or order management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Copper and Fibre provisioning orders through to completion.
• Manage Consents Provisioning and Managed Migrations.
• Investigate issues and drive escalations through to resolution.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to process improvements and automation.

New Zealand’s digital infrastructure keeps communities connected across the country. This 18‑month fixed‑term opportunity will see you play an important part in making that happen, working with a leading telecommunications infrastructure company in Auckland’s CBD.

ABOUT THE ROLE | MŌ TE TŪRANGA
Working in a structured, SLA-driven environment, you’ll coordinate service requests from order through to completion. You’ll work closely with retail service providers and internal teams across several provisioning streams.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating Copper and Fibre provisioning orders through to completion
• Managing Consents Provisioning and Managed Migrations
• Investigating issues and driving escalations through to resolution
• Contributing your subject matter expertise to process improvements and automation

ABOUT YOU | MĀU
You’ll bring a solid background in a customer-facing telecommunications role, including hands‑on experience within an ISP or RSP environment and confidence using provisioning or order management platforms.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Take ownership of customer outcomes from beginning to end
• Manage your workload independently and consistently meet SLA commitments
