Corys Electrical in Paraparaumu is seeking a Customer Service and Salesperson to support branch operations. You will welcome customers, advise on products, handle stock, and process sales to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

This role requires a friendly, energetic team player with a focus on service quality and the ability to multitask across counter duties, packing, and dispatch. You will need a full driving license; an F-endorsement is helpful but not essential.

Formación

• Customer service experience in a retail or branch environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and adapt to customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers at the counter and provide sound product advice.
• Unpack, receipting goods in, and manage stock accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders; load delivery vehicle.
• Conduct stocktakes and help customers locate products.

What does the Customer Service and Salesperson do?

This multifaceted Counter based role supportsbranch operations from assisting customers at the counter, unpacking andreceipting goods in, to picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders,loading the delivery vehicle and ensuring our customers get their orders andquality service delivered on time every time. They participate in everythingfrom inwards/outwards goods, stocktakes, to helping customers find the productsthey need and processing sales. How? By welcoming them to the branch, listeningto their needs, and providing them with sound advice every time. This role can be physically demanding,so a decent level of physical fitness is required. You will also need your fulldriver license. Having yourF-endorsement is beneficial but not required as we can get you trained in thisarea!
