Corys Electrical in Napier is seeking a friendly Customer Service and Salesperson to support branch operations. You will greet customers, help them find products, process sales, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately.

This role requires a full driver’s license and physical fitness; F-endorsement is beneficial. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, with SouthernCross Health Insurance as a perk.

• Willingness to assist with stock handling and order processing.
• Full driver license required; F endorsement beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers at the counter and help them find products.
• Unpack, receipting goods in, and pick/pack orders for dispatch.
• Load delivery vehicle and ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Assist with stocktakes and general branch operations.
• Process sales and provide sound product recommendations.

What does the Customer Service and Salesperson do?

Thismultifaceted counter-based role supports branch operations from assistingcustomers at the counter, unpacking and receipting goods in, to picking,packing, and dispatching customer orders, loading the delivery vehicle andensuring our customers get their orders and quality service delivered on timeevery time.

Theyparticipate in everything from inwards/outwards goods and stocktake, tohelping customers find the products they need and processing sales. How? Bywelcoming them to the branch, listening to their needs, and providing them withsound advice every time.
