Job summary

Randstad Group in Canterbury, NZ, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassadors for an immediate-start temporary contract. This on-site role supports the regional transport transition by guiding the public, answering questions, and educating community members about what to expect during the change.

You will welcome visitors with a warm attitude, provide clear information, manage inquiries, and assist with day-to-day on-site duties while upholding health, safety and customer care

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and approachable Customer Service Ambassadors to join our team for an immediate-start temporary contract (approx. 1 month).

In this position, your focus is entirely on supporting, guiding, and helping people. A major transformation is happening across the regional transport infrastructure, and we need friendly representatives on the ground to assist the public, answer questions, and educate community members on what to expect during this transition.
