Job summary

TRC Toyota Masterton is seeking a motivated Service Advisor on a fixed-term parental leave contract, starting around early October 2026 and running until approximately August 2027. Located in the Wellington - Masterton area, the role supports Toyota customers with a friendly, efficient service experience.

The successful candidate will handle bookings, liaise with technicians, and help maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communications and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is essential.
• Ability to manage service bookings and enquiries.
• Strong communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service bookings and enquiries.
• Greet customers and coordinate vehicle check-ins and collections.
• Prepare service estimates, invoices and process payments.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Identify opportunities for additional maintenance or repair work.
• Support Toyota customer satisfaction initiatives and survey outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Assist with customer follow-up and future service bookings.
