• Ensure Store Presentation & Stock Quality: Monitor stock freshness and quality, ensure clean/organised shelves, and support overall store cleanliness.
• Drive Promotional Execution: Implement promotional displays and signage, ensuring campaign alignment and accurate point-of-sale materials.
• Support Smooth Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team (Swarm) to achieve seamless daily operations and contribute to store objectives.
• Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
