Woolworths Ltd. is seeking a service-focused team member to enhance the customer experience in our New Zealand stores. You will be highly visible on the shop floor, assisting customers with personalized support and resolving inquiries promptly.

You will also help keep shelves stocked with essentials and fresh foods, ensure stock quality and presentation, and work with the team to maintain a clean, organized store while following safety and company policies.

• Must provide outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries with a friendly approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions.

Responsabilités

• Be highly visible to customers, engage with personalized assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Continuously replenish products focusing on essentials and fresh food; maintain stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the team for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure tasks comply with policies and legal requirements.
