Responsibilities

• Deliver Efficient Checkout Service: Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
• Engage and Resolve Customer Needs: Create positive interactions, respond to queries, and assist with business queries when needed.
• Support Cash Management: Assist with cash office tasks including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
• Maintain Store Standards & Safety: Keep areas clean and organised, uphold uniform standards, and follow safety protocols.
• Contribute to Service Improvement: Provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
