Watercare Services Limited is seeking a Customer Champion to join our contact centre in Auckland. You will deliver exceptional customer service and provide specialist advice on water and wastewater billing, using your strong contact centre experience to support customers efficiently.

This role offers a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work across the Retail group including Payments, Collections, New Connections and Faults, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume contact centres or customer service roles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to learn billing processes and systems quickly.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist support and advice on water and wastewater billing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels.
• Support Payments/Collection, New Connections and Faults teams as required.
