Job summary

PlaceMakers Queenstown, part of Fletcher Building, seeks an Operational Team Member based mainly in store to support a fast-paced trade environment. You will be multi-functional across operations and help deliver outstanding customer service.

Key duties include processing sales and returns, arranging orders for delivery, stocking, cycle counts, responding to product and price inquiries, and upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently
• Order-make-up for delivery and collection
• Source customer specific goods
• Respond to product, pricing, and availability enquiries
• Re stock and maintain inventory holdings
• Support stock accuracy through regular cycle counts
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Managing repairs and good faults on behalf of the customer
