Job summary

Russells Curtains & Blinds in Auckland is hiring a Curtain & Blind Installation Technician to support residential and commercial projects across the Auckland region. You will install blinds, Roman blinds, curtains and shutters, taking precise site measurements and ensuring safety compliance.

Full NZ driver’s licence required with willingness to travel away from home where needed. The role offers an hourly rate, varied assignments, and a company van with tools provided, enabling autonomy while

• Experience with power and hand tools and site measurements.
• Experience in the building industry or relevant trades.

The Role:

We are currently hiring a Curtain & Blind Installation Technician for the Auckland region. As a part of our experienced technician team, you will provide professional installation services for blinds, Roman blinds, curtains/drapes, shutters, and accessories, ensuring compliance with safety provisions and building plans. This role includes working in both residential and commercial settings.

What you need:

While full technical training and support will be provided, we are looking for candidates with excellent handyman skills, experience in the building industry, or relevant trades/industries. A clean, full New Zealand Driver’s License is essential. Flexibility to work away from your primary residence, with allowances provided.
